We collect no personal data. The app does not require an account, does not track you, and does not store any information that identifies you. Specifically:

• No account or sign-in – The app requires no registration or login.
• No analytics or crash reporting – We do not use any analytics SDKs or crash-reporting tools.
• No device identifiers – We do not collect advertising identifiers, device IDs, or fingerprints.

When you open the app, it fetches AI-generated picks from our server. That request may be logged transiently by our server infrastructure (e.g. your IP address in server access logs) but is not stored beyond normal log rotation, analysed, or linked to you personally.

3. Third-Party Services

To generate picks, the app sends sports data to the following external services:

• Anthropic API – Sports game data (schedules, team statistics, and betting odds) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate AI picks. No personal user data is included in these requests. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
• Sports data providers – We fetch game schedules, standings, and betting odds from third-party sports data APIs. These requests contain no user data.

4. Children's Privacy

Parlay Punk is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17.
