Important: Parlay Punk provides AI-generated sports picks for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not a gambling service and does not constitute betting advice. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Parlay Punk ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Parlay Punk is an iOS application that uses artificial intelligence to generate sports picks. The App is provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not a gambling service, a sports book, or a betting advisory service.

3. No Betting Advice; No Liability for Pick Accuracy

The picks generated by the App are produced by an AI model and do not represent the opinion of a human sports analyst. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any pick for any purpose. We accept no liability whatsoever for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from reliance on picks generated by the App. Use picks at your own risk.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit picks or content generated by the App without our written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the underlying AI models or data pipelines
• Use the App in a jurisdiction where sports betting or gambling-adjacent applications are prohibited

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

The App is currently free. If a paid subscription is introduced in the future, the following terms will apply:

• Subscriptions will be processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code in the App are owned by or licensed to Parlay Punk. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that picks will be accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to financial losses from wagering decisions informed by App content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
